export to file
Save the company data to file. The format is XML and it is suitable for import. Export may be used to save a version of the sites or to move to another server.
import from file
Import a previously exported file. The "replace" option is used to overwrite previous data.
Note it does not overwrite all data. The domains are in effect fixed per company and are reused where possible. The staff passwords are reused because they are not saved on export.
Importing staff to a new machine requires setting passwords because passwords are not saved on export.
If "replace" is not selected the data re imported in parallel, this allows saving or moving a partial set of data. Editing the XML file might be needed depending on the desired result.
